Over 300 guests were in attendance to hear H.E. Ambassador David Kerich deliver the keynote address and celebrate BFA’s work in Kenya.

Books For Africa recently delivered a shipment of books to Zimbabwe in partnership with the Rava Trust and the Phumulani Minnesota African Women Against Violence organization. The shipment was generously sponsored by BetterWorld Trust, Daniel McNaughton, the Rava Trust, and many other supporters of Phumulani and Rava Trust.

Iugoo San keeps busy! Among cooking, camping, mountain hiking, and reading, the father of two finds time to volunteer at Books For Africa once or twice a week, one of about 10,000 volunteers yearly at BFA.

BFA partner Sanitation and Literacy Ghana (SALG) has commissioned the Ashanti region's 20th community library, serving residents and pupils of the Afari Presby Basic School.

A project with our partner Read to Recovery has distributed over 33,000 books to schools and hospitals, and a Thomson Reuters Law Library to the Ministry of Justice.
