Ghana’s ambassador to the U.S., Her Excellency Hajia Alima Mahama, is in St. Paul speaking at a lunch Wednesday organized by Books For Africa. The lunch, which is fully booked, was scheduled for noon at the Town and Country Club, 300 N. Mississippi River Blvd.
