It is our honor to inform you that Books For Africa recently received a fifth consecutive 4-star rating from Charity Navigator for sound fiscal management and commitment to accountability and transparency. According to Charity Navigator CEO Ken Berger, "Only 4% of the charities we rate have received at least 5 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Books For Africa outperforms most other charities in America." Books For Africa recently reached a new milestone—25 million books sent to children in 46 African countries since 1988. Books For Africa supporters celebrated by sorting and packing books at the two BFA warehouses in celebration of International Literacy Day on Error: source does not appear to be markup..
