Books For Africa Celebrates International Literacy Day and the Shipment of 25 Million Books to Africa

Law Students from Georgia State University Volunteer at BFA Warehouse

A group of Georgia State University students arrived on a steamy morning in August to help sort and pack at the Books For Africa warehouse in Atlanta. Ethiopia Reads Delivers Books to New Libraries Across Ethiopia

Here is a great report from our partner Ethiopia Reads regarding their book distribution project in Ethiopia, with funding also provided by Better World Books. The books will be distributed to new libraries all over Ethiopia. They’ve already landed in four pilot Peace Corps projects, a girls’ school, and three library projects under a USAID/Ethiopia Ministry of Education partnership.
